and cable TV. There are two telephone lines available. The fully equipped kitchen has a
dishwasher, and there is a washer and dryer in the downstairs laundry. There is a BBQ on the
kitchen deck. The master ensuite bathroom has a two-person soaker tub, two bathrooms have tub/showers,
and one bathroom has a shower only. Basic sets of towels and bedding are provided.
An airtight wood stove downstairs and a gas fireplace in the living room upstairs compliment
the baseboard electric heating. Firewood is included.
Enjoy the peace of Nature with the forest all around you and a walking trail which winds
through the 5 acre property. Take your boat to the public launch on Shawnigan Lake,
only a 5 minute drive away. The excellent swimming beach at Old Mill Park is also 5
minutes away. Mill Bay shopping centre is about a 12 minute drive.
